We are unable to accept prescription requests over the telephone due to safety concerns and to prevent errors. The decision to stop telephone requests is also part of a broader effort to manage practice workload and the time spent by our reception team on a very busy telephone system.

- SystmOnline - To register for our online services please come to reception with some photo I.D and we can set this up for you. If you are already registered to use SystmOnline please click on the box to the right to order your repeat prescription.

caistorhcrepeatmeds @nhs.net. - In person - or you can bring your requests into surgery for dispensary or place in the surgery post box. Please place all written requests either in the post box at the surgery entrance or the red post box at the side of dispensary window.
Please allow five full working days for prescriptions to be processed. Please remember we are closed weekends and bank holidays when ordering and collecting.
Dispensary
The practice provides dispensing services to all our patients that live over one mile away from a chemist. It is open for the collection of medication as follows:
Monday – Friday
08:30-13:00
14:00 - 18:15
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications. A message should appear on your repeat prescription slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment via our reception team for your review to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
